another zone alarm question?
the zone alarm said someone tried to get my passwords hidden in the vault and im wondering if my computer is firewalled and also running on 2 routers i have a private ip
address and a public ip how can this happen i mean zonealarm
did put my password in a trusted zone with ebay and paypal
but i dont get this?

I wounder why using zonealarm,it’s a good firewall but if u ar behind a router with NAT function or firewal you can uninstall ZoneAlarm and use the windows sp2 firewall.
I don’t prefer ZA as a firewall it always say somethings not true,I have a strong firewall in my wireless router and when installed ZA and left it for 2 days on my pc it said that 2,000 hacking trial has been blocked!!
zonealrm is a firewall. Im not too familiar with how zonealarm manages passwords, but it probably just detected and incoming request, and blocked it, giving you that message. Your private IP address is the one that shows up on your network, like 192.168.1.1, your public one is the one assigned to you by your isp.
