		<description>I had this same dilemma and checked into a few programs.  I finally ended-up with an outstanding program by Paragon-Software.  Their Paragon Drive Backup software program.  Worth every cent.

There are also some decent online backup solutions too.  But for real-time use they run their software program on your machine while also using your bandwidth.  

Here's a very good discussion in another Yahoo Question regarding Carbonite, a very good offline/online backup solution.
