(i) Science Data: COSHH records, scientific data, scientific apparatus records, waste disposal records, health and safety checks, training records, specimen records, calibration records, sample throughput and managing and Data Protection Act data.
(ii) Workplace records - stock records, work schedules, servicing dates, confidential data of employees (Data Protection Act).
By looking carefully at science data and workplace records above, identify the data and records for storage in LIMS. Describe the procedure for storing the information in a laboratory information management system (LIMS).

I expect Teacher wants you to do your own work ..this is why they are using non-standard terminology (like LIMS) whilst the rest of the world talks about DMS / CMS (Document / Content Management Systems) …
No matter, just cut&paste from Wiki DMS/CMS and do a ’search & replace’ operation.
PS if the method of plagiarism suggested is too difficult for you, perhaps you need to switch to a less demanding course ..
