How can I fix my computer after its been invaded by a spyware called “Personel Security”?
It happened about three days ago and its getting worst.I can’t get on my desktop any more.How do I clean it out?Can any legal action be taken against this company?

Is that program spelled "Personal Security" ? Bleeping Computers has an article on removing it.

u can download a anti spyware,try to use it to clean it out,if it doesn’t work for ur pc,maybe u can try to reinstall ur computer program,i think it works.After reinstalling program,u’d better download a good anti spyware to protect ur computer,which is very important.
At least,the spynomore i am using has protected my computer for a long time.

What you have is Rogue antispyware program Personal AntiVirus in your system.
To get rid of it:
Download, install, update and run full scans, in safe mode*, with this software:
