Not much information to really go off per your issue. However if it is spyware this should clear you up. Good luck.
Download AVG.RUN A SCAN IN SAFE-MODE that way you zap it before this "BUG" enables.
The two culprits that are responsible for most of the rogue products are Zlob/Smitfraud and Vundo. The program most likely to remove both is Super Antispyware FREE.
Download and Install Super Antispyware free. Reboot into Safe mode and Run SAS. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

If SAS finds one of those and does not completely remove it, you can wait a day or so until it updates or you can try using
Smitfraudfix or Vundofix.
The malware is constantly changing file names to hide from the security programs so they are always playing catchup in identifying them.
Is that phony alert or warning or popups, trying to sell you one of these useless products that are listed here?:

If your answer is "Yes" then keep on reading…
A specialised removal tool is usually needed to remove the malware (Smitfraud or Vundo) that is causing your problem. Almost all "general purpose","all-in one" spyware and virus removal programs such as Adaware 2007, Norton, McAfee or Spybot S & D cannot remove Smitfraud or Vundo.
A good removal tool that specialises in removing these 2 types of infections is RogueRemover Free:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover.php
After running RogueRemover, to clean-up any remaining infection traces, scan for trojans,
and spyware etc and remove (free online scan, no downloaded program) with Ewido Online Scanner ( now known as AVG Anti-Spyware). This is NOT the same as AVG Anti-Virus. Press "Scan your computer now online and clean it for free!" on the left.
