In the meantime, try saving it to your PC, closing the file, then re-opening it so it opens as an editable pdf document rather than an HTML type.

Then click on yor pages tab (should be along the left side of your document) then select the pages you want to delete, then press your delete button (or right-click on the pages).

Also, be sure the document is in text selection mode by selecing the writing button with the i-beam and cursor and the word SELECT.

This may give you the access to the fields you need. Also while you're at it, there should be a button to click on that will allow you to highlight the editable fields that need to be completed by you.
