I give up, my printer sucks, help me!?
I really need my printer for school and now its throwing a fit. I have searched for solutions to no luck. My printer used to work fine but until recently it has stopped working due to some "Spooler". I then do the following to turn on the spooler,
"The printer spooler allows communication relay between your compute and your printer. To start the spooler go to
– My Computer (Right Click)
– Manage (Left Click)
– Services and Application (Left Click) < in left panel
– Services (Double Click) < in right panel
– Scroll all the way down to "Printer Spooler"
– Printer Spooler (Right Click)
– Start (Left Click)"
The spooler turns on but I then get this message when I try to print "Spooler Subsytem App stopped working and was closed- A problem cause the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available"
Then I get this…

also try download a brand new driver from your printer (i’m assuming it’s an HP) manufacturer website.
install it manually, see if that helps.
try downloading a newer driver or print spooler from the printer manufacturers website.
Try starting the spooler process this way:
Start, Run, "services.msc"
Scroll down to Print Spooler and Double-Click it.
Make it "Automatic" and "Start" the process.
Then go into your Printers and Faxes from the Control Panel. Right click your printer and in one of the tabs, make sure that the "Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster" (or similar option) is checked.
This might be to simplistic but I would UN INSTALL and reinstall it again it works for me several times in the past. Tings get lost in the intergalactic bit bucket
This really sounds like a software problem, not a printer problem. Even if you get another printer, it probably won’t help. As the others suggested, you have to work on your computer.
