Sneakers was a fun movie starring Robert Redford. The IMDB review and synopsis is at: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0105435/
The Panic Room is the first movie to come to mind.
It is surveillance by a camera, but it’s all connected to computers.
The Bourne Identity is probably another one.
Most of the new-ish spy movies would have some sort of surveillance thingie in them.
Also, the documentaries on Court TV and Discovery Channel explain about surveillance of all sorts, from credit card trails to phone records, internet records and anything else you might think of.
Watch Enemy of the State with Will Smith. It was made in 1998. Really good movie.
"paparazzi" produced by mel gibson
good movie!

Mission impossible & Sliver with Nicolas Cage..
Deja Vu with Denzel Washington was a scifi version of surveillance. It is pretty new and can be found easily at any video store.
Vacancy with Luke Wilson is also a movie that deals with surveillance. Murder too. So, if you’re not into those kinds of movies, you may want to avoid it. It’s not really scary though.
The all-time classic movie about surveillance is "The Conversation" (1974), starring Gene Hackman as a surveillance expert who gets way too caught up in his work.
Other good ones: "Blow Out," "Enemy of the State" (in which Hackman pays homage to his earlier role), the Bourne trilogy, and even last year’s James Bond movie, "Casino Royale," in which everyone’s secrets are exposed via their cell phone records.
