Is it a good time to sell my home ???
I will be asking ,000 in a nice area of town, close to everything. upgrades through out the house (new central air, new carpet through out, house alarm system, privacy fence)
all those within the last 8 months.

It’s definitely a tough time to sell a house but if it’s priced in line with (or below) the neighborhood, you can still do it. The first rooms people look at (and the ones that can make a sell) are kitchen and bathroom - if yours are in good shape, you are a step ahead. Sometimes small touches can help. Also look outside - nice entrance (lawn, door) can make a great first impression on a buyer. wow i would say hell no the market is so saturated with spec homes and everything else that unless you dont mind making a few thousand then sure but if you wont real value then no way wait about 14 more months and you will get much much more

No, buy buy buy. It’s an absolute awful time to sell. This is the time we are on a brink of depression, you are not going to get what you should for your home right now. Just hang out until the market value pushes back up a little.

Sounds MORE like an OFFER to sell then for advise on timimg. EVERYONE knows that this is NOT a good time to have a house on the market. Too many ON the market, not enough buyers to take them, and precious little credit money available. (only highest rated credit apps. need apply)
