There is AVG Identity Protection which does not have anti-virus or anti-spyware. If you have AVG Internet Protection, I would pick that over Trendmirco. If you are running two anti-virus programs in real time, you need to uninstall one of them. Which one is up to you. They both may just be trials and will run out soon. You should open each one and see how much time you have left on your subscription. Also make sure you don't have two firewalls running. You can check that in Security.
