my computer says that my security is at risk , whats wrong ? and how can i fix it correctly?

run your anti-virus program and a good anti-malware program.
if it’s a little balloon coming up at bottom right, it’s probably windows "security center" telling you that your anti-virus or something is turned off, or maybe you don’t have any installed. Go to control panel in the start menu, click on security, click on security center and see what it says.

four catergory’s. Check under each one and it will advise you what you
need to do
