Ohio, USA: rights of private citizen to blog about our family’s harassment by neighbors -use video?)legal?
I wish to know about legal ramifications, best websites to use, how and when video that our surveillance cameras have picked up is useable. Can I reference police reports by dates and #’s?Are there any other bloggers that have/are addressing this issue? Thanks in advance

Yes you can video its legal.
OK, using police reports is ok, as they are available publicly (unless they are sealed by a judge/magistrate). The video on the other hand is a little tricky. The person/persons muct be aware they were being taped, or they ust provide you with a signed agreement saying that they are allowing you to use the video.
OR, you have to put up a sign in teh taped areas explaining that the area is under survelance.
These laws change between states, so do some more local research.
