Okay I give up… how happy are you with your home security system. If you are happy with it and would?
recommend it, please tell me the company name. Also if you are not happy, why is that?
I have a wonderfulwatch dog- no oe comes in my yard or house except my family and she usually barks at us too. Then we get tail wagging and happiness. But there are times she isn’t here or we may be on vacation. She is a wonderful deterent.

I’m very happy with mine. I feed them regularly, take them out to run, and they are totally loyal.
Now should you try to break in, chances are you won’t leave without help and possibly a body bag. And the best part is, they seem to deter crime in the whole neighborhood.
They don’t have a company name, we just call them Kaiser and Schultz.
I guess the ROTTWEILER system would fit here.
My system works okay but it is by Smith and Wesson.
Times are changing and I need to do some research for a perimeter and motion detection.
Dawggies are not allowed where I am at otherwise I would have a couple too…
I am going to suggest checking with your local law enforcement agency and insurance company to see what they say.
Please lemme know how you make out.
Good Luck.
We have a good watch dog as well as several guns. However, a dog can be taken out by a serious burgler and a handgun is of no use if you are not home to use it.
I have a GE Networx system in my home with infrared sensors. It has worked perfectly for over four years so far. I have changed the backup battery once but that isn’t the fault of the system.
I have worked with security systems for 3 years and found them to work great with other forms of protection. When it is by itself, it is similar to just having a dog. But together, I think they are wonderful.
I’m not sure where you live, but I have had great experiences with Monitronics. They have quick response time, and they can verify it too. Many cities are making moves to require verification to eliminate false alarms. The old companies like Brinks who only use digital monitoring, (alarm goes off, they call the home phone, if no one answers, they call the cops), I feel, don’t offer the response to alarms that is needed. The new enhanced verification of 2-way voice (On-star for the home) would be the way to go. It virtually eliminates false alarms, and gets quicker response from police.
