I have been put in charge of setting up a way to record audio in the lobby of a pain clinic. There will be a sign, letting people know that their conversations are being recorded. There are times where patients become very hard to deal with when they aren’t prescribed what they want. Especially seekers! We currently have a Sentinel-1 video surveillance system which does NOT support any kind of sound. Looking to do this on a budget, but not miss out on important conversation.
Using iobit 360 and like it but microsoft security essentials in this combination is making my computer run slow. Should I remove one of these

HI,
I’m looking for data about the typical sales volumes of an infant toy. I’m only interested in toys of leading companies, such as Fisher Price, Tomy, MGA, Hasbro, Learningcurve and step2.
Just to clarify, I’m not looking for the total amounts of toys of any kind that a company sold. The key is the number of units sold per specific toy model.
Any solid data to backup the answer will be highly appreciated.
I have an older Jeep Cherokee with an alarm system. I must use the remote to unlock the door. If I try to use my key, it unlocks it, but the alarm trips. The car will start for a second, and automatically shut off.
I have gotten my remote wet and it doesn’t work until it dries out. Recently, my water bottle that came in contact with my keys got it wet and I was stranded until my husband could come with the other remote.
Is there anything else I can do to be able to use my key in that situation, short of disconnecting the alarm? It seems silly that I can’t use the key. What if the battery in the remote goes dead? I usually have my two kids with me, and this makes me nervous this will happen again.
Should I just disconnect the alarm?
Does anyone else have this problem?
Now that I have officially and thoroughly incensed and outraged all the liberal leaning among you with my last question. Why is my opinion and or my belief system so inferior to yours? Does it not deserve the same protections as anyone else’s. My cherished beliefs are equally valid to yours, because they are not embraced by Hollywood , the left, and immoral (amoral) of the world are they in any way invalidated or rendered obsolete. I was called narrow-minded by one individual. Not true I have as a conservative considered the facts and come to the only logical conclusion possible for me. When one such as my self expresses an opinion contrary PC we are instantly barraged with insults, have our motives called into question, or outright told to shut up and be quiet . Why are conservatives not accorded the same courtesies and consideration that we more times than not accord our more liberal leaning brothers and sisters? Just wondering? OH one other thing . I will modify one of my previous statements . Except in the case of psychopathy people ALWAYS have a choice in how they act!
I have a Clifford Matrix car alarm, works good, but I want to add 2 more flashing LED’s in the doors. The matrix can only drive 1 LED, so I was told I need an LED Amplifier so the alarm can drive 2 more LED’s.. I can’t find one anywhere, my local car alarm shop knows of them but can’t get them.
Does anyone know where I can get one, or how to build one? thank you!
The driveway is about 2200 feet from my house and there is a phone jack at the gate which is connected to the house landline [ and my DSL]. Is there a way to use the phone jack to hook up a security camera or ‘webcam’ that I can monitor from my computer?
I just bought a home with an alarm system already installed. There are no business signs outside the house or business logos on the alarm keypad. I have no idea who installed the alarm. However, it’s still active! The alarm is connected to the same breaker switch that runs the A/C and pool pump so I can’t just turn off the breaker. I looked EVERYWHERE for this "box" people keep telling me about, that I should be able to just unplug or disconnect but I don’t see it anywhere. Not closets, rooms, attic, etc. The previous owner will be no help what so ever and neither will my genius real estate agent(he never showed the house so he doesn’t have the code). Any ideas? The only thing I can find that has to do with the alarm is the small keypad on the wall…
I have a friend who some how got security suite on their computer and now they can NOT do a thing on the computer. The only thing that happens is security suite comes up, says there are viruses, trojans and worms on the computer but if and when i can get into Norton, norton’s scan says there isn’t anything there that shouldn’t be. I can’t delete security suite from the computer, can’t find it anywhere on the computer but it’s there!!!!!
I was thinking about getting a Mossberg Maverick 88, but I was wondering what are some other types of cheap shotguns that are good. Nothing more than 0 please, also what would be the best type of shotgun round for home security?

I’m on another computer, but my current computer has a virus! HELP! Would it be wise to do a recovery with automatic data backup if i have a virus or dull factor recovery, or does it matter at all?
This may seem like a dumb question, and i have no computer knowledge ;/
THANK YOU THANK YOU!
sorry for the typos, i meant
Recovery with automatic data backup or
full factory recovery.
What do you think?
The question is about the following information which was obtained from a library’s website about the free wi-fi internet they provide:
"Is the library’s wireless network secure?
The library’s public access wireless network is not secure. The library’s wireless network does not offer firewall protection, anti-virus protection, or data encryption. Data sent to or from your device can potentially be captured by someone else, and data you download (email or other files) could contain viruses, malicious code, or spyware, among other security risks. The library assumes no responsibility for the safety of your equipment or data while using the library’s network (wired or wireless). We recommend that you not transmit sensitive information (credit card data, passwords, etc.) using the library’s wireless network and that you have firewall and anti-virus software installed on your equipment. For more information about security:"
So my question is this:
If you use the internet at all, you will need to type in your password for your email. So does this mean that if you are using wi-fi like mentioned above, anyone in the vicinity with proper tools can simply grab all of the information you are typing? According to the statement above, it seems like when you use the wi-fi internet, it is just like plugging your computer into a big screen tv for everyone to see. The above statement makes it sound like anybody can just go to the library and steal everyones data that is being sent/received through there like a piece of cake. Is it really like that? If that is
I’m in sales for a video surveillance dealer and instead of making the owners wealthy, i want to make myself wealthy.
What is the best way to get started openning my own video business? How do i write a business plan. Is there anything major that i should do or be concerned with? Thanks for your help
My Toshiba satellite L20 laptop stopped working (it’s dead). I want to try to get the data off the hard drive- have tried attaching it to another computer using a S-ATA/IDE cable: it seems to be "turning" and it assigns it a drive letter but the bar that tells you how full it is is red (while the bars for my other drives are blue). The directories seem to be there but the files inside them seem to have disappeared or have become inaccessible (could this be a security problem?). Anyone got any good ideas/can point me in the right direction? Is all lost?
All the best
Ewan
I’ll do my best to answer nikkai, though i’m not massively clever with computery stuff: the drive is connected by serial ATA-USB2
the adapter is this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/IOMAX-SATA-Adapter-Power-Drive/dp/B001A5SK56
I guess it is set as a slave. I haven’t explored the drive (do you mean actually mechanically opened it or just hunted through the files?)
