i work for a fuel distribution company and one of our fueling stations is being robbed almost nightly by a techno savvy individual. the video shows him going to the card reader inserting his card and then the camera above the reader freezes while the others located around the perimeter continue to record. what device could he be using and can i retrieve the video or prevent this from happening again? the police will not intervene until i provide them with good footage and he comes 3-4 times a week costing us thousands. help me
the surveillance system is hardwired and was set as a result of his thefts so the company has checked the system. the camera has never frozen on anyone else. he has a small cell phone like device in his hands which freezes the camera so that we cannot see him insert the drivers card and activate the pumps. the other camera’s in system still continue to run only none provide an appropriate angle.

I would like to add music and maybe video to a micro SD card that is for my Blackjack. I have an adapter that allows me to put it in my card reader and the computer reads it but when i try to add data like a single song it says: This disk is write-protected. remove the write-protection or use another disk. how do i fix this?
