i currently live in america and i want to start my own alarm company in another country. i’ve already done the research and know that in that country there is a market for home security. i know how an alarm system works. but i want to learn what happens at the actual company. im not asking for insider secrets but i would like to know a good resource for me to learn what i know to run the rest of the company. i’ve googled it a little but all i found was an online training site and while its not beyond my price range i dont trust it very much. if you know of any training or school or just what i should look for in general i would appreciate your help. again.. i know how to install a system. i just wanna know what happens on the other side of the phone line.

I’m looking for reliable home security company provider, especialy one that has video security feature. Does anybody know which company provide this service and how much do they charge?

My husband, who has a history of attempting suicide, and suicidal thoughts, bought a rifle without telling me. He brought it into our home without telling me. He put it in a closet in a room that he uses 99% of the time, his hobby room, without telling me. The next day he started a fight with me, went out, got drunk and drove home drunk. While he was gone, I found the rifle, this was approximately 30 hours after he bought the rifle (I found a receipt with the date/time of purchase), I also found some ammo he had bought for the rifle. When I tried to talk to him about it when he came home drunk he wouldn’t talk to me.
He says now that he WAS going to tell me about it. But now, because between this and other lies he’s told (and a lot of other things too numerous to mention), I’ve decided to file for divorce. He won’t tell me when he was going to tell me about buying the rifle. He did say he bought if for home security. But says he didn’t lie because he was planning on telling me.
So what’s the deal, as long as you plan on telling someone, it’s not a lie? How much time before doing something wrong and the telling of it would you say can go by before it constitutes a lie? Isn’t that just the same as an omission of truth, it’s still a lie.
He says that most people would not consider this a lie or deceit. So I’m asking my Yahoo Answers friends, what do you say? Please put yourself in my place.

After he went to bed drunk, I called the police and gave them the rifle. So it’s not in the house and he has moved out. I just need to know if my thinking is correct and if most men out there/or women, think it’s okay to not tell their partner when they make a large purchase and if planning on telling their partner but not doing it constitues a lie. But a lot of you are right. How can I expect a man, who has suicidal tendencies, to think rationally?
Another thing, after his suicide attempt, he went to therapy, he and I had a lot of talks about his feelings and he told me he thinks about killing himself everyday, he just doesn’t mention it or act on it. He is on anti-depressents but??? I have done all I can, been supporting and loving, but our whole marriage has been a struggle. He doesn’t spend much time with me (stays in his hobby room and makes models- he spends maybe 1% of his time with me) and uses spending time with me as a way of punishing me, if I do or say something he doesn’t like he spends no time with me at all. We don’t even eat meals together. I believe he has some sort of antio social disorder.

I have an extensive criminal history. From 1996 to 2002 I made a living breaking into homes and businesses. I have recently been released from prison after six years and am having a hard time finding employment. Many people have told me to lie on my applications but in this day of the digital age that’s not an option. Everytime I see a commercial for a home security company, it shows the man leaving his wife and daughter at home, (or a woman home alone) then the second he leaves, a bad man (never a woman) breaks down the door causing the woman to frantically use the keypad to get the male security dispatcher on the phone.

Shouldn’t women’s groups be complaining about how sexist these commercials are? They seem to depict women as being helpless. Homes do get broken into be women, and sometimes men are the ones home when it happens.

A couple of moths ago i installed a program called, Home Security webcam. I went to control panel and then to the add or remove program. I deleted the program because every time i wanted to use my webcam i couldn’t, because the home security webcam was using it. so i deleted the program and is not in control panel anymore. But the program keeps appearing in my window every time i turn on my computer. So, How can i finally delete that program off my computer? Please Help!!!!
