do you know how to program the keychain for remote start installed on a vehicle?

I am looking for the GE Smart Home Personal Keychain Security Alarm. Can anyone tell me if it is still on circuitcity.com? If it isn’t can someone give me a couple of dependable sites like amazon or best buy where simlar pocket alarms can be found?

That actually beeps the keychain (alarm button) when it goes off? I understand that the actual alarm on the car is supposed to scare off would-be theives, but I myself can’t really do anything about it if I am in, say, a mall or something. Why can’t they design the actual key chain button to go off (in your pocket or purse) when the car alarm goes off??

Who should I go with, and also is there a contract with adt? Also do I get a remote security pad keychain? Can I use my cell phone as my base number to call when house is broken into? Please answer all ?

The alarm still goes off if I hit the red "alarm" button on the keychain, but it does not sound when I lock/unlock the doors or when someone attempts to enter the car. Is this a "feature" that I accidentally enabled? It happened months ago so I don’t EXACTLY remember the circumstances, but I think I did something to "silent" the alarm. How can I make the car alarm "active" again?

i am supposed to be babysitting a friends rats today, but i am concerned about how to use their home alarm systme,, they gave me a keychain with lock/unlock buttons on it. I am thinking I should open the door, press the unlock one, and than leave and press the lock one, Is this right? im just scared ill accidentally have the police come in…thanks!

the keychain alarm works perfectly but not when i press it to shut up the alarm, the keychain batery is new and it lights up the red light keychain but the car is not responding to its command, is there a way I can fix it at home myself without knowing much of mechanics ?

My 2003 Buick Rendezvous came with a key and remote. However, the remote broke off my keychain. My boyfriend started the car this morning to get it warm and left the key in the ignition. Then he went to work with my remote in his pocket. I did not notice until I was already at work about to get out of the car that my remote was missing. I got out of the car and locked the door by pushing the lock and unlock button inside of the car. The car just beeps because it will not lock while one of the doors is open. As soon as the door shut, I heard the door lock. So here is my question, will my alarm go off while I am trying to get in the car for lunch or to go home? All I have is my key and I am very nervous that when I use my key to open the door and start the car, it is going to sound off. Do you have any suggestions or advice? There is a magnetic chip in my key but I do not know if that will help or not. Thank you for your help.

I have an 03 Saturn ION2 and for the past week, the alarm has been going off for no apparent reason. Not only that, but for those who have an ION like me, you know that when you press your remote thing on your keychain, you press it once to lock all the doors and then press it again and you hear a 'honk'. It wont work like that anymore. Not only that, when I start to drive, the locks dont lock until a later time rather right when I begin to drive. It does it at random times. I now have to manually lock the doors to keep the alarm from going off. So does anyone out there know exactly what is the matter with it? I've only had it for 4 years and it already has over 100,000 miles on it. Thanks everyone.

I lost my car key with alarm keychain.At home I have another set of keys but not alarm keychain, how would I disable alarm now, I have a AAA card as well, do you think they might help?

My remote car alarm (the thing that attachs to my keychain to lock and unlock the car) for my '03 Toyota snapped off and I can't seem to get it fixed. I was only given only of these alarms because I bought the truck new. I called Toyota, and apparently a replacement will cost 0 plus programming charge! Does anyone know anywhere else one can buy these remote car alarms, perhaps at a slightly cheaper price? Or can you only buy them from the dealer?

Or maybe like 1 or 2 feet away from it. And also when I buy a car alarm, does it come with a thing to hook to my keychain to know my alarm is going off?
