So this is the question my professor asked. As your CO I have received credible information from a reliable source that members of the TOI (target of interest) group Alfa Zulu is residing in a two story colonial house at 1234 Rose Petal Lane in our town. This street is located within the Rose Garden subdivision, a gated community 10 miles out on Rte 41. Rose Petal Lane is a dead end street with approx 30 homes on it. The homes are on 1/4 acre lots, set back from the street and their are no sidewalks.
Surveillance team leaders–present your plan to conduct surveillance .
This is what i came up with:
The three basic types of surveillance’s that are used by The Department of Homeland Security and other smaller law enforcement agencies are Moving surveillance, fixed surveillance, and combination surveillance.
Moving surveillance is when the surveillance does not take place in one location. If a suspect needs to followed from street to street this surveillance is conducted by officers.
Fixed surveillance can be seen as a "steak out" a one immobile location of surveillance on a suspect/s. This type of surveillance is easier on officers as opposed to the moving surveillance because it doesn’t require them to be at risk by following a potential dangerous suspect. However, it does take more money because more officers are needed.
Combination surveillance is a combination of the two, moving and fixed. This surveillance definitely requires more officers and time because there’s no way to determine how big the operation might get.
These three types of surveillance’s apply to terrorism because terrorism is conducted mostly by people who officers often suspect and when they have probable cause, they can start a surveillance team with the hopes of finding evidence, discover who they communicate with, where they go, where they live, etc.. If a person is suspected of being a terrorist or even being involved in a terrorist attack, a surveillance on them can help officers solve the case or rule them out as a suspect. In addition, an act caught on video can be used as valuable evidence in court.
He said im in the right track but i should change it and i really dont know what else to write. Can anyone please guide me or help me word it better. Thank you

every few minutes i get this pop-up from Message Center, saying my comp. is at risk, telling me i need to download different programs. It’s annoying, how do I stop it? I never had this problem until i got XP Home
this is what a friend of mine told me, nearly word for word……..
” there is no such thing as 100% computer security, the measures you can take can significantly reduce the risk of being a cyber victim but never 100%, even the government gets hacked, if someone wants in your computer bad enough they will get in but that is rare for ordinary web browsers, if you do all you can odds are high you will be fine but never totally ”
that accurate??
Alright, so I was online lookin up episodes of the anime Bleach, and I came across bleach.watchfullepisodesonline.com…. And it gave me a virus! Well, I’m not sure. Windows XP Security says I got hacked and my personal data is at risk, while Kaspersky Anti-Virus says I’m fine… I don’t know what to do!!! Help?!?!
Ok. I was on the internet, and all of a sudden a balloon pops up saying ‘your computer is at risk’. it wont let me turn my firewall on or anything .and this thing called security center alert says screeb.grab.j.exe is trying to enter my computer. but my only option is to click activate protection. i dont know what to do. i already have mcfee antivirus. do i have a virus?
I have some old style black powder real muskets hanging on the wall of a vacation home for decor. They’re screwed on to the wall with brackets because I don’t want people pulling them down and playing with them cos they’re real.
There is no one in the house for few weeks, or months at a time. I’m wondering if this is a higher risk for people to want to steal, or not really? I’m wondering if I should just leave it or take it down.
The house is not completely isolated its in somewhat of a resort community with a few thousand people. There is an alarm system in the house, also a cleaning service cleans the place every couple of weeks.
I was thinking of also getting some cowboy guns or maybe WW2 guns to put up on the wall also, but I’m not sure.
The firing mechanism in the guns are disabled, but they are still real guns. But good point SCHMOOZIN.
Do I risk anything if someone else uses mine to set up their computer
a friend set up their computer with my security code and then took the computer home, does this pose any risk to me?
Whenever I go into windows 8 inprivate mode it tells me Windows has to close (even though it doesn’t) this has been going on for a while. Also, when I went to a website I go to frequently with no problems, Windows told me it didn’t open one of the pages because of a risk of malicious of malfunctioning add ons. I used both mcafee and windows new antivirus to scan for viruses and nothing came up.
Does anyone have any idea whats going on? Is it spywear?
Sorry I meant to say Windows Internet Explorer 8.
Yea it says data execution prevention , not protection like I said before. Sorry.
I heard a scientist say that we could temporarily stop global warming immediately if we shoot dust into the atmosphere. He said that the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo on 1991 placed a lot of dust in the air, which partially blocked out the sun over a large area, which in turn caused the average temperature of the earth to cool by about 1 degree Celsius. I think that this is a great idea. We could use a water soluble dust so that asthmatics will not be affected as badly. The dust will settle within a year, so there is no risk of permanent effects. We could keep doing this as often as needed until we choose to stop emitting greenhouse gases. The dust could be shot into the upper atmoshpere with a specially made cannon, or perhaps a rocket that explodes at the proper altitude. I think that we urgently need to pursue this idea, as the effects of global warming are alarming.

I have 50+GB worth of family videos and photos, so I want them on multiple DVD’s or one dual-layer Blu-ray disc. However, I don’t want to take that risk of burning the Blu-ray disc myself because I might not do it correctly and end up losing all my data…So, are there any services/websites/businesses out there that will do the backup for me, then send me the discs?
Thank you!
I have renters some of which may be theives. I also live in this house and own it. Is it legal for me to put invisible unknown security cameras in common areas (not bathrooms or bedrooms) with the risk that it may pick up a conversation that I was not personally privy to?
my computer says that my security is at risk , whats wrong ? and how can i fix it correctly?
My Question is simple why do people use internet explorer ?
Exploits and unpatched critical vulnerabilities put the users of Internet Explorer at risk 77 percent of the time last year, according to the latest number crunching by Brian Krebs of the Washington Post’s Security Fix blog.
Based on data published by Microsoft and interviews with researchers, Krebs found that critical security issues remained unpatched in Internet Explorer for 284 days during 2006. The Mozilla Foundation’s Firefox browser only suffered a single period of vulnerability lasting nine days, according to the analysis.

Background: Fundamentals, with an investing strategy out of the Graham playbook (by distressed, unloved or otherwise underpriced securities). Risk is minimized by having a margin of safety, higher upside than down, and by buying into companies that can be understood and predicted down the line.
However, finding a good opportunity tends to leave at least some cash floating around. Aside from dumping it into a placeholder stock like BRK.B, moneymarket, etc. I am interested in utilizing, to some small degree, daytrading.
Basically:
(1) How is risk managed in security day trading? Forex trading?
(2) Do the few successful traders operate by intuition or determinism?
(3) How wide of a scope to most traders take? Ten stocks? One hundred? All of them? Similarly, how wide of a scope do forex’ers employ?
(4) Is there a way to get a hold of raw market data, outside of the wacky software like eSignal, etc?
Please do not try and pitch a trading system. Thanks.
I have McAfee Security on my computer and a window keeps popping up that my computer and files are not protected. There is an option to "fix" the problem, which I have…then a little while later it is called to my attention again that it is at risk. What could be causing this? It has been happening repeatedly for a few days.
I heard a rumor that harddrives can have their information erased by going through an xray machine at the security checks, I believe this is false but I want to make sure or know if there are any other things I should be aware of to protect computer data that I may not know may be a risk.
I sure dont want to go back to California with an empty harddrive .
