My alarm goes off every time i open or close the door and the lights keep flashing for a long time afterward, putting the key in the ignition doesn’t work. I’ve also tried pulling out the fuse for the car alarm, but it doesn’t stop it and it disables other accessories in my car. The remote should turn it off but it doesn’t work either. When i first bought the car the i had this problem, but i took the remote away and it stopped for a while but started up again recently. a while ago water got trapped in the hood and i think it may have damaged something though i’m not sure what . My car alarm is a factory alarm, meaning it isn’t a custom sound the horn just goes off and the lights flash. please give me any advice on how to turn off my car alarm or at least a suggestion what could be wrong with it, please please.

I’m taking a Computer Security class that frankly is kicking my butt this semester. Here is my assignment. This fictitious credit union that I work for wants to network with this other fictitious credit union. Our ATM’s are different. Our ATM’s use DES, but run on port 4744 and their ATM’s also use DES but run on port 3211. So the logical thing to do would be to open each other’s ports on our own ATM machines. But I can’t figure out how to do it. I can find out how to open a port on an Internet firewall, but not on an ATM firewall when two companies are trying to network together. HELP?

I am looking for an external hard drive and i am thinking it would be good if any of them have any password protection, so whenever i want to access the content of the HD I need to put my password. any suggestion of which one of them is for me? Thanks for time people

I have currently installed Sims 2 Double Deluxe in my laptop. And I recently just purchased the expansion packs and stuff packs. Will I lose all of my data I have been playing along when I install the new expansion packs and stuff packs?

If yes, can we ‘backup’ the data? How?

If no, then do you have any suggestion?

I can access the recently added data, but not the primary data I had. The DVD is not re-writable and some space is occupied by previously written data. The Nero version is Nero OEM 6.6.0.15 . I think I received the warning message for the security of the formerly written data but I ignored it.

Any suggestion how to recover the data? By which software?
