I am being charged with disorderly conduct by the state of Arizona. This incident happened at a hotel in which 6 security guards had thrown me and 5 other people to the ground, I was an innocent bystander and had no involvement, the guards from the hotel are listed as witnesses in the case, but the hotel has video surveillance and I was wondering how I would obtain it because I currently don’t have the financial means to aquire an attorney.

So I’ve been reading this novel for a class assignment. I’m pouring over it for political corruption and totalitarianism. I’ve read up to book 3 but I haven’t found anything more than Video surveillance and the manipulation of facts by Fate.

Can someone point out to me the loss of freedom that the books promotional cover states? The political corruption and so on, so fort?

For example, how do you feel about photo enforced red lights? How about video surveillance of public streets?

I have a Peace Order against an ex-boyfriend of mine, but I really just got it to be petty and vindictive since he got one against me, although his is expired.
Is it illegal for me to violate my own Peace Order? He is taking me to court over it. I have called him 50+ times since getting the peace order, followed him into his apartment building (and he has video surveillance proof to back this up), and sent him emails. In some of my emails I acknowledge that I infact know the Peace Order is bulllocks. I didn’t think there was chance I could get into trouble, because none of those things could be traced to me, but now he has the video surveillance.

Hit and run. I was not there when it happened. Is parking security liable for damage? There are no posted signs advising they are not liable and its a secure gated lot at a hospital. Let’s say a person was working as a cashier and one night their drawer came up significantly short. When confronted the cashier says they did not take the money. Management fires them, regardless of what they say.

After the person has been fired, management looks at video surveillance of the cashier’s shift. The cashier never takes money from the cash register in this video. The cashier is told by management that they knew all along the employee did not take the money.

Would there be any way to fight this? How can a person be fired for something they did not do when there is video evidence of the entire night?

the police search for someone because this person is on parole, they find him. they tackle him to the ground and beat him, choke him, tell him "your gonna die m_th_r F__k_r! your donna die" they continue to beat him as he yells for help. They arrest him, he has a warrant. The next day they go and pick up the video surveillance tape from the public place this happened at. The defendents sister goes to the place to request the video surrveilance of her brother getting beat by the police & is told that a detective already picked up a copy. he will not give her a copy of the tape. The police report says the defendent injured 6 cops. the cops are big guys. the defendent is 5′8" and not an aggressive or violent person. no history of violence.

Do you think it is strange that in the detailed police report the police do not mention anything about the video tape they picked up?

Do the police have to put EVERYTHING related to the case and all evidence collected into the police report?

A year ago a friend showed me a movie consisting of real life deaths caught on camera. It was part of a series of independent movies. I just cant remember the name of the movies. Does anyone know? Capitalism is based in the accumulation of profit. The love of money is the root of all evil. The alternative is socialism. But there is a problem there. Socialism has a basic flaw, and does not work well as we have tried it. However this is not a difficult thing to overcome. The solution is simple; we get people out of power.
- To fix this, we must work to design and build an all knowing, all seeing, super computer. We must give this computer full control of our lives. This includes: traffic, economy, foreign affairs, police action, ECT. This computer would not have our nature, and would be able to run a socialist community correctly and not become corrupt.Just think, a glorious nation run with the purity and logic of a computer, and yet still have the heart of the people. This perfect government would not be like anything before it. I would name this system “Logical Socialist Decision” or LSD. This system could greatly improve any nation and help the world.

At my work, we have security cameras in plane sight, a sign on the door that says the place is under video surveillance….

Its more of a deterrent, but there are blind spots and things get vandalized. Someone is also sneaking in at night….

Trying to figure out if we can put up some hidden cameras (like the ones that look like clocks). In rooms that already have the cameras, just to cover the blind spots……is that legal
People are actually disabling the security camera……ripping out the wires and then i have an electrical hazard………those type of blind spots for instance.
