Fake. Yahoo support agents will never ask for your username and/or password.
Looks fake to me, Yahoo! won’t ask for your email address and other details as they already have them on file (you entered your email address when you signed up for Yahoo!). I would suggest that you don’t reply to the email and simply delete. Replying will make the spammer know that your email address is active. A similar email like this is reported here: http://antifraudintl.org/showthread.php?t=28599. It is odd that the email asks you to reply as most phishing emails would include a link to some web address.
If you want to you could report this phishing attempt to Yahoo! by using this form: http://help.yahoo.com/l/uk/yahoo/answers/general.html;_ylt=AgaB63IOjd867Wozaeft0cus3iR4

Fake.

Ha ha. Yahoo has millions of user accounts. There is no congestion caused by unused accounts. Yahoo does not notify anyone that their account will be deleted because it is unused.
Someone is impersonating Yahoo administrators and is trying to steal your log-in information so they can use your email account to send spam or to send fraudulent messages to others in your email list. When they get log-in information they will change the password to keep the rightful user - you - out of it)
