What computer security do I need?
My windows live one care subscription ran out and I can’t remember my id or the password. It said they are not taking new subscriptions when I tried to get a new id. What is something similar or do you have any suggestions as to how I can find my id. I tried going to "help" for my id and password, but that didn’t help at all.

Make sure you properly uninstall Windows Live One Care before installing a new anti-virus.If you do it improperly, you will not be able to install another anti-virus. To do this,I would install Revo Uninstaller and run the uninstaller in the Advanced setting. Before you uninstall Windows Live One Care, you must disable it/shut it down. You right click on the tray icon and choose the option that is listed to disable it.Open Revo, click on the Windows Live One Care icon, click uninstall, set to Advanced and run the program. Sometimes, during step one,it may ask you to restart your PC,DON’T because Revo hasn’t finished.Click no to restart and go to the next steps and check and delete every thing it finds in each step. After Step 3 is complete, then restart your PC. Revo is also available free at CNET.
